Field Service Technicians

Field technicians are required to maintain and install new and existing equipment. They must make rational decisions in the field to ensure customer satisfaction with the installation and performance of all equipment.

Entry level technician applicants need to have a basic understanding of the capabilities, functions, and use of personal computers, networking, software applications and basic electronics. They should also possess some knowledge of drilling rigs.

Senior Level technician applicants must possess the ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings, set-up, maintain and trouble shoot software and hardware, and possess advanced PC skills. Candidates must also have an extensive knowledge of drilling rigs.

All applicants must be willing to travel long distances and occasionally work long hours. Field technicians are required to work a schedule that consists of seven days on call and two days off. Both positions require that a person be a self-starter and must be able to work efficiently without supervision.
